rediscovery process.

In charge of your recovery

– a completely new approach to substance addiction and recovery

Do you, or someone you know, drink a bit too much, enjoy a few too many joints or lines of coke? Or do you perhaps know someone who has a serious drug or alcohol addiction? Recently I have joined the research team for an innovative new program called The Rediscovery Process (TRP), a three day training program that provides an alternative to the existing approaches of recovery from drug and alcohol use or abuse, whether serious or recreational.

Be part of the research trial and receive the training completely free

A randomized clinical trial into the efficacy of TRP on sustained abstinence is currently being delivered in conjunction with London Metropolitan University, SHP in London, the Phil Parker group in London and Bristol and Cadas in Cumbria.

The TRP training will be available in Brighton starting January 2017, and as part of the research trial the training is free of charge.

As part of the training you will learn:

  • How to interrupt the thoughts that lead you to wanting to use.
  • How to control the situations that have got you into trouble in the past.
  • How to stop making rash decisions and instead make it easy to think things through.
  • Would you like to know more and sort out your issues? Then sign up here: TRP research

Please note that all your data and any conversations will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
